About
Small group basketball workouts are structured training sessions designed to enhance the skills and abilities of a select number of players. These workouts consist of intense drills, exercises, and scrimmage-like situations that focus on various aspects of the game, such as shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and overall basketball IQ.

- Boys and girls ages 8 to 16
- Focuses on intermediate and individual skill work

Summer Session
This program emphasizes fundamentals, including ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and game IQ, while fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game. With a mix of drills, scrimmages, and individual instruction, athletes will develop both technically and mentally in a fun, challenging environment. Whether preparing for the upcoming season or just looking to stay sharp over the summer, this program provides the perfect opportunity for players to grow and compete.
