Two dedicated party hosts make it all run smoothly—one focused on keeping the kids engaged and moving through the experience, and one there to support parents so you never have to worry about a thing.

CLASSIC CELEBRATION

11 guests, plus the birthday child

DETAILS:

Maximum number of guests: 15

Main Activity: Arcade Party

Arcade Access: $25 pre-loaded game card plus one VR experience per child

Birthday Bonus: 1000 prize redemption points for the Birthday Child

Party length: 90 minutes.  Our recommendation for the flow of the party is: 30 minutes in the arcade, 30 minutes in the party space, then 30 more minutes in the arcade

Food: Available as an add-on

COST: $299 (semi-private party space)

PREMIER CELEBRATION

11 guests, plus the birthday child

DETAILS:

Maximum number of guests: 20

Main Activity: Arcade Party

Arcade Access: $35 pre-loaded game card plus two VR experiences per child

Party length: Two hours.  Our recommendation for the flow of the party is: 45 minutes in the arcade, 30 minutes in the party space, then 45 more minutes in the arcade

BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQs

GENERAL
What’s included in a birthday party?
Each party includes arcade game play, virtual reality experiences, a reserved or private party space, and two dedicated party hosts who take care of everything from setup to cleanup.

How many guests are included?
All parties include the birthday child plus 11 guests.
You can add additional guests for $30 per child.

How long are the parties?
• Classic: 90 minutes
• Premier: 2 hours
• Ultimate: 2 to 2.5 hours

Do parents need to stay?
Yes, we ask that the birthday parent or guardian remain on-site during the party. We take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

GAME PLAY & ACTIVITIES
How do the game cards work?
Each child receives a game card pre-loaded with credits to use on all arcade games in The Clubhouse. Game costs vary, but most kids are able to enjoy a wide variety of games during the party. Each party also includes a set number of additional VR experiences, so there’s no need to use pre-loaded game credits to try it.  Guest are welcome to use their cards on additional VR games if they’d like.

What if kids want more game play?
Additional play can easily be added during the party if desired. Our team can take care of that for you during the party.

What are the VR experiences?
Each package includes a set number of virtual reality experiences per child. These are premium, immersive games and are one of the highlights of The Clubhouse.

PARTY SPACE
What’s the difference between a reserved area and a private room?
• A reserved party area is a dedicated, cordoned-off space in close proximity to The Clubhouse, but it is not a private room.
• A private room offers a fully enclosed space for your group.

*Private rooms are available as an upgrade for Classic and Premier parties and are included with Ultimate parties.

Are private rooms always available?
Private rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early if a private room is important to you.

• Classic: Food is available as an add-on
• Premier and Ultimate: Pizza and drinks are included

Can we bring our own food?
You may bring your own cake/cupcakes, ice cream, and juice boxes. No other outside food is permitted. Please see food add-ons for more details on what you can pre-purchase from us.

Do you offer food for parents?
Yes, we offer optional food packages for parents so you don’t have to worry about it during the party and you can make the celebration even better.

Do guests receive party favors?
With the VIP Birthday Package, guests receive a curated party favor bag for each guest with a mix of fun items and treats, selected to match the energy of the celebration.

Does the birthday child get something special?
With the VIP Birthday Package, the birthday child receives an upgraded VIP favor bag featuring a larger selection of fun items and a special surprise, selected to celebrate their big day.

BOOKING & PLANNING
How do I book a party?
Please complete the party interest form HERE. Our staff will contact you as soon as possible to finalize the booking.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, as popular time slots and private rooms can fill quickly.

What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details. Our team will follow up to help finalize anything you need before the party.

Can I make changes after booking?
Yes, we’re happy to help with updates based on availability. Just reach out to our team. We ask that the number of guests be finalized no less than 72 hours prior to the party time. Our staff will reach out at that time to confirm all details to ensure a great experience.

Will someone help run the party?
Yes, every party includes two dedicated hosts:
• One focused on the kids and activities
• One focused on the parents and overall party coordination

Do I need to set anything up or clean up?
No, we take care of everything so you can simply show up and enjoy the day. If you do want to do any decorating of your space/room ahead of time, please make arrangements with our staff.

What makes your parties different?
Our parties are fully hosted, easy to plan, and designed to make the birthday child feel like a VIP. We combine arcade play, virtual reality, and a seamless experience for both kids and parents.

Reservation Info

$100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and space.

The remaining balance will be collected the day of the party.

Waiver must be signed online for all party guests.
