Brandon Chaney
Director of Sports Performance | Parisi Speed School State College

Brandon Chaney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) with over five years of coaching experience. Previously, Brandon served as Penn State’s Lead Personal Trainer, where he also worked as a Sports Nutrition Coach, helping his clients optimize their performance through both training and nutritional guidance. Originally from Dunwoody, Georgia, Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and is graduating from his Master’s in Business Analytics program in August. He is passionate about creating an energetic, effective, and safe training environment that helps athletes build confidence and see meaningful improvements in their sports.

 

Joshua Ukaegbu
Coach | Parisi Speed School State College

Joshua Ukaegbu is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, former Division I Cheerleader, and Mindset Development Coach. Hailing from Roselle, New Jersey, Joshua is a Kinesiology student at Penn State University. As a Lead Personal Trainer for Penn State Campus Recreation, he specializes in building strength, athletic performance, and confidence in athletes of all levels. Joshua possesses experience in high-performance training environments and a passion for high-energy coaching. He is committed to helping individuals push past limits and reach their full potential.

Our Process & Memberships

First Step: Evaluation
• Cost: $50
• Description: A comprehensive assessment of fitness levels, goals, and individual needs, followed by personalized training recommendations.
• Discount Option: If clients enroll in a 1-, 2-, 3-, 6-, or 9-month membership after an evaluation, the $50 evaluation fee will be credited toward their first month’s membership.

Program Descriptions & Pricing:
There are two ways to get started: regular scheduled classes through a monthly or multi-month membership, which offers the best value and supports consistent training, or a one-time 2-Day Trial Pack for athletes who want to try the program before committing.

*All athletes are trained in the same regular classes.

 

Jump Start
• Audience: Ages 7 to 12 (typically divided into 7-9 and 10-12)
• Focus: Building an early athletic foundation
• Description: Jump Start fosters young athletes’ physical foundations, improving coordination and self-confidence through engaging, foundational training led by certified Parisi Performance Coaches. 6 class options per week. We recommend attending 2 to 3 per week.
• Maximum coach-to-athlete ratio: 10:1
• Class duration: 45 minutes
• Class schedule: Monday through Friday, with classes at 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM. Saturdays at 9:30 AM.
• Monthly Memberships:
o 1 Month: $235
o 2 Months: $215 per month
o 3 Months: $190 per month
o 6 Months: $180 per month
o 9 Months: $155 per month

• 2-day Trial: $50

 

Total Performance
• Audience: Ages 12 to 15
• Focus: Maximizing athletic performance through speed and strength training
• Description: Total Performance leverages safe training techniques and injury prevention science, focusing on key athletic skills such as linear speed, acceleration, and change of direction to refine and enhance young athletes’ physical abilities. 6 class options per week. We recommend attending 2 to 3 per week.
• Maximum coach-to-athlete ratio: 8:1
• Class duration: 50 minutes
• Class schedule: Monday through Friday, with classes at 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM. Saturdays at 10:30 AM.
• Monthly Memberships:
o 1 Month: $280
o 2 Months: $270 per month
o 3 Months: $240 per month
o 6 Months: $210 per month
o 9 Months: $185 per month

• 2-day Trial: $50

 

Elite Sports Performance
• Audience: Ages 14 to 22, primarily high school and college athletes
• Focus: Advanced programming for peak athletic performance
• Description: Designed to elevate high-performing athletes, this program uses individualized strength training and sport-specific speed protocols to give athletes a competitive edge as they prepare for advanced athletic competitions.
• Maximum coach-to-athlete ratio: 8:1
• Class duration: 50 minutes
• Class schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 PM. Saturdays at 11:30 AM.
• Monthly Memberships:
o 1 Month: $300
o 2 Months: $280 per month
o 3 Months: $250 per month
o 6 Months: $240 per month
o 9 Months: $205 per month
• 2-day Trial: $50

**There is a 5% discount for every additional sibling in the program simultaneously.

Jump Start

  • 7 to 12 year olds (typically divided into 7-9 and 10-12)
  • This small group program sets the foundation for success in any sport by focusing on speed, agility, and overall athletic movement including:
    • Coordination
    • Running Technique
    • Body Weight Strength
    • First Step Quickness
    • Flexibility
    • Injury Prevention
    • Weight Loss
    • Self Confidence

Total Performance

  • 12 to 15 year olds
  • This small group program, geared toward middle school and high school athletes, focuses on specific techniques for improving speed, agility, and strength.
  • At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:
    • Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
    • Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
    • Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Elite Performance

  • 14 to 18 year olds
  • Parisi Elite Sports Performance transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability.
  • This program focuses on the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods. At this level, certified Parisi Performance Coaches use their knowledge and experience to individualize strength training for their athletes based on their abilities and specific goals.
  • Utilizing either Basic Strength or Advanced Strength programming, this program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and develops their athletic abilities even further, in order for them to maximize their potential and reach their goals on game day.
