Cancelation by Nittany Valley Sports Centre
Weather Cancelation:
If an event/program/class/training session, etc. is canceled by The Centre due to weather, every effort will be made to provide a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible for whatever reason, the account credit will be provided. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancelations.
Cancelation by The Centre for reasons other than the weather:
If an event/program/class/training session, etc. is canceled by The Centre for a reason other than weather, every effort will be made to provide a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible for whatever reason, either an account credit or refund will be offered with the decision being made on a case-by-case basis.
Cancelation by the Customer
Prior to the start of a Program:
A cancelation made by the customer two or more weeks* prior to a program start date can receive a full refund or leave the funds as an account credit to be used at a later date**. Cancelations made less than two weeks prior to a program start date will have the funds converted to account credit to be used at a later date**. Refunds will not be provided for cancelations less than two weeks before the start of a program.
After the Start of a Program:
No refund or account credit will be provided for cancelation on the day the program starts or any date thereafter.
Weather Cancelation:
If the customer cancels a rental or does not attend a program session due to the weather but The Centre remains open during the time of that rental or session, no refund or account credit will be provided.

**Account credit remains available for customer use for up to 18 months.
